Rosie Cooper reported stories of leaks, mould, botched repairs and long delays to renovations and modifications falling far below the service WLBC residents deserve, and it seems from taking a quick look at WLBC published payments that the contractor is receiving huge sums of public money. Almost £1million in quick time!

The health risks from mould could be enormous. Some people may be more sensitive to mould spores than others, and they may develop respiratory symptoms after inhaling even a small number of spores. In large quantities, mould spores can cause ill health in almost anyone. People with allergies may be more sensitive to mould than others. Is WLBC insuring residents for these conditions? Where does health and wellbeing fit into the WLBC mould problem? We should be told?
