It seems we have a Leyland based LibDem Party candidate for the May local elections here in Aughton & Downholland, although he claims to be grown up locally and a “Local Champion”. He’s David Thomas.
Allowing that any elected member actually lived in West Lancashire rather than a Tory London resident councillor, he might be an improvement, although LibDems don’t inspire serious consideration anywhere really?
He also wants a county seat. And says “Why not vote for me twice?”. His mantra is more bobbies on the beat, maintaining safe roads, and electric vehicle charging. It’s the same old same old! Which party “won’t” be offering them?
