Are you, like so many taxpayers and residents of West Lancashire, sick of reading about flooded homes while the responsible Lancashire County Council officers and elected members find excuses to do nothing about it?
Well, now, you have a chance to let Lancashire County Council know what residents and flood victims think of their neglect of duty. “Agenda item Strengthening flood risk management and preparedness – progress report” which would no doubt raise howls of derision from affected residents. What “preparedness and/or progress” has LCC ever made for flooded communities?
