This will include extensive diary management, co-ordinating senior level meetings, and agenda planning to ensure the timely submission of papers in preparation for the meeting.

“As an Income Management Assistant you will provide a high quality customer focused service, having a firm but fair approach and be motivated to contribute to team targets and performance. You will maintain regular contact with customers in rent arrears, and take a proactive approach to minimise debts.

“We are looking for someone with an understanding of Universal credit and welfare benefits, who is able to give customers the best advice and support they can if they face financial difficulties and can refer to relevant agencies, when needed. Salary: £19,554 to £21,166 per annum”.
