From Tory Jack Gilmore

Tory parliamentary candidate Jack Gilmore

tweets “Yesterday was another great day of campaigning in Ormskirk town centre! It was great speaking to stall owners about local issues and what the Conservatives will do for them”.

Buying your sprouts from a market stall in Ormskirk doesn’t get to grips with national problems.

Enough of the “local issues”. What about improvements in the lives of elderly and disabled residents of West Lancashire? Bus passes are useless without buses for many socially excluded. No off peak rail concession while Merseyrail pockets £14million annual profits that comes from capital investments from our taxation and is sent to overseas investors.

And spending £3 on the British Armed Forces Veterans magazine

is incidental to Veterans’ well-being. It’s Parliament where some decent honest MPs are needed to stop all this paralysis over Brexit and run the country as it needs to be!
