European Union (Withdrawal) (No. 5) Bill — Duties in connection with Article 50 extension. A majority of MPs agreed and voted against amending the Lords Amendment to say any other extension sought must not be later than 22 May 2019. Rosie Cooper voted No (against) with 390 other MPs.
A majority of MPs voted to allow any minister to move an EU Withdrawal extension motion, not only the Prime Minister; and allow the motion to also be made the day after the Act receives Royal Assent. Rosie Cooper did not vote.
