As we recently published, Rosie Cooper said
“Let me be clear – Brexit is happening, don’t let anyone try to fool you on that. I voted in favour of holding a referendum, I voted in favour of triggering Article 50, and I will continue to vote to represent the will of West Lancashire residents”.
In seeking re-election in 2010 as our MP, Rosie made great play of her “Record of delivery”.
And her “delivering for West Lancashire”. But will she be “delivering” her, our, vote for Brexit? Or does her “promise of more” mean “no more”?
In 2015 again, “delivering” was her election theme
She’s the only politician in West Lancashire who has fought for and represented the Senior golf members of Beacon Park Golf Club against Serco, to the extent of exposing their receipt of £183,864 of landfill royalties and them self breaching their own “commercial in confidence” agreement with West Lancashire Borough Council. And she fights endlessly for our local NHS. Now, she needs to honour the referendum voting promises she made.
