PUBLIC QUESTION TIME – at a convenient time, normally shortly after the opening of the meeting, the Chairman will adjourn the meeting (for a short interval at his discretion) to allow any members of the public who are residents in Aughton (or such other persons in the Chairman’s absolute discretion) to address the meeting.

PRESENTATIONS: The Moss Alliance  (saving the Moss from fracking) – The Chairman has approved a request for a short presentation by a representative of the Group to update members on the situation regarding the plans for siting a well pad at Great Altcar and potential developments elsewhere in PEDL164.

Lancashire County Council – An invitation to attend has been accepted by County Councillor Keith Iddon, Cabinet Member for Highways plus Phil Durnell, Head of Service for Highways to give an update and answer questions on highway issues, eg grass cutting schedules, drainage problems, potholes, lighting, traffic issues, etc. If any local residents wish to raise any issues, it would be helpful if they could give exact locations, refer to the nearest road name, house number, or lighting column number.
