AUGHTON PARISH COUNCIL

 A MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY, 13 NOVEMBER 2017, IN AUGHTON VILLAGE HALL ANNEXE, COMMENCING AT 7.30pm (plans available from 7.15pm)

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST – if a member requires advice on Declarations of Interest, he/she should contact the Clerk in advance of the meeting
3. MINUTES OF MEETING HELD 9 OCTOBER 2017, copies circulated prior to meeting, to receive and approve
4. MATTERS ARISING FROM MINUTES (for information only)
5. PLANNING:
a) Weekly List Items – to receive and view plans on http://www.westlancs.gov.uk/planning b) Appeals/Planning Control – to receive  c) Planning Committee – to receive a brief report on meeting held 9 November 2017 d) WLBC Open Space Study – consultation with Parish Councils
6. VICE-CHAIRMAN/PARISH CLERK’S NOVEMBER MEETING WITH THE LOCAL POLICE – to report
7. PARISH FINANCE:
a) Remembrance Sunday – to consider donations arising from the occasion
b) Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL):
i) to receive notification of CIL receipts due to Aughton Parish Council
ii) Regulation 62A of the CIL Regulation 2010 (as amended) – to confirm
procedure and publication of the annual report for CIL monies received in 2016/2017
8. PLAYAREAS – to receive inspection reports and approve any recommendations
9. LALC WEST LANCASHIRE AREA COMMITTEE – to report on meeting held 19 October 2017 and to consider the Parish Council’s views on a Motion/Resolution proposed for the LALC Annual General Meeting in respect of the forthcoming Review of the Land Drainage Act (1991) (notes circulated to members)
10. LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL: Notice of an application to divert part of Lydiate Footpath Number 4 in connection with a change in the field boundaries of land to the east of Greens Lane near to the Leeds and Liverpool Canal Rimmer’s Bridge, Lydiate L31 4LS – to consider any comments
11. ACCOUNTS – to receive and approve
12. DATE OF NEXT MEETING – to confirm
PUBLIC QUESTION TIME – at a convenient time, normally shortly after the opening of the meeting, the Chairman will adjourn the meeting (for a short interval at his discretion) to allow any members of the public who are resident in Aughton (or such other persons in the Chairman’s absolute discretion) to address the meeting.
