OWLs Turn Derby Ward Upside Down

From small acorns big oak trees grow. In Derby ward yesterday Ian Davis  for OWL took the seat with 705 votes to Labour 596 and bottom of the heap  Conservative 362. The growth of an independent party free of whipping is good news for democracy.
