Lathom Development Concerns

The letter to the Champion today from Roger Clayton shows alarming concerns about planning. Read it here  [click to read] and then wonder what on earth is going on if WLBC officers are neglecting to confirm action and events vital to legal development. The “development brief” is a 34 page guide for developers and investors and “planning applications” . It is a case that screams out for a Freedom of Information Act request to WLBC after reading that officers “response was that they could not be expected to remember what was said at a meeting six months earlier”. To be denied a meeting and receive bland comments shows a lack of respect unworthy of the WLBC planners. Don’t put up with it!
