Halsall Parish Meeting

A meeting of Halsall Parish Council halsall_church_logo will take place on Wednesday 8th February 2017 at  7-30 p.m. at The Memorial Hall, Halsall Road, Halsall.

1. Apologies for absence.
2. To discuss and decide upon applications for co-option
3. Declarations of interest
4. Borough Councillor’s report followed by open forum for matters raised by members of the public to include an update from the Environment Agency and WLBC on the closure of the pumping stations and setting up of an Independent Drainage Board
5. To confirm and sign the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 11th January 2017 as a correct record
6. Parish Clerk’s Report
7. Reports from Representatives
8. Planning Applications: 2016/1118/FUL – 128 Summerwood Lane – Single detached garage. 2017/0023/FUL – 21 Summerwood Lane – Proposed first floor dormer extension to the front elevation.

9. To receive updates from Working Groups and discuss and decide what action to take.
10.  Finance:
10.1. To approve Schedule of Payments
10.2. To receive Financial Statement
10.3. To further discuss and suggest ways in which available S106/CIL monies should be spent and if necessary decide what action to take to ensure that the money is spent on Halsall Parish projects.
10.4. To further discuss whether to apply for Matched Capital Funding for 2017/18
