Halsall Parish Council Meeting

A meeting of Halsall Parish Council halsall_church_logo will take place on Wednesday 14th December 2016 at 7-30 p.m. at The Memorial Hall, Halsall Road, Halsall.

1. Apologies for absence.
2. Declarations of Interest.
3. Open forum for 15 minutes for matters raised by members of the public
4. To confirm and sign the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 9th November 2016 as a correct record
5. Parish Clerk’s Report.
6. Reports from representatives
7. Planning Applications: 2016/1089/FUL – Malt Kiln Barn, Halsall Road – Extension and remodeling of domestic ancillary outbuilding – re-submission of 2016/0627/FUL
2016/1145/FUL – 10 Moss Road – Two storey side extension to residential property
2016/1152/FUL – 14A New Cut Lane – Variation of Condition No. 10 of planning permission 2014/0301/FUL to read “No development shall take place until a surface water drainage scheme and means of disposal has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The surface water drainage scheme must be restricted to existing run-off rates. The development shall be completed, maintained and managed in accordance with the approved details”.
2016/1173/FUL – 14A New Cut Lane – Demolition of dwelling, erection of one dwelling with private rear garden, in-curtilage car parking and served by a new access road.
2016/1184/FUL – 14A New Cut Lane – Removal of Condition No. 8 imposed on planning permission 2014/0301/FUL to enable the access road to extend further south, to facilitate access to an adjacent development.
2016/1206/FUL – Various Locations Along Dicconsons Lane – Temporary access points, fencing and gates to facilitate Blundell House to Springfield Raw Water Main Lay.
8. To receive updates from Working Groups and discuss and decide what action to take.
Finance:
9.1. To approve Schedule of Payments
9.2. To receive Financial Statement
9.3. To further discuss and suggest ways in which available S106/CIL monies should be spent and if necessary decide what action to take to ensure that the money is spent on Halsall Parish projects.
