News Report Of Public Freedom Of Information Release

Cllr Paul Moon told Cllr Adrian Owens “When the opportunity to apply for West Lancashire came available I asked the question if I could stand. I asked Gary Pagne the CEO and legal department at Wyre…etc”.

Following a Freedom of Information request Wyre Borough Council released a copy of a series of e-mail exchanges between Cllr Moon and Council officers as Appendix 2. “A small amount of personal information which is not in the public domain has been redacted due to be regarding as personal data. Therefore I consider this information exempt under section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act and have removed it.

“The information supplied to you continues to be protected by copyright. You are free to use it for your own purposes, including for private study and non-commercial research and for any other purpose authorised by an exceptions in current copyright law.     • Multiplicity means more allowances paid by public taxation.
