Remember To Have Your Say On Where LCC Delivers Services

There are just over three weeks left to have your say about proposed changes to where people in Lancashire can access libraries, children’s centres and a range of other community services. lccpic

The changes would see services provided from a network of buildings known as Neighbourhood Centres, where you would often be able to find different services in one place. Meanwhile the number of different places at which some services are available now would reduce.

These changes are being proposed to help deliver the savings the council needs to make from its budget, but we’ve tried to come up with proposals that still give everyone good access to local services.

The consultation runs until Sunday 14 August, so there’s still time to find out about how you may be affected and help us shape the final proposals by responding to the consultation.
