Counting And Declarations For May Elections

WLBC wlnow29 reports it will be verifying the ballot papers for Borough and PCC elections on the evening of Thursday 5 May into the morning of 6 May, and then counting the votes for candidates in the Local Elections and declaring results early on Friday morning. First Borough Election results are expected to be declared from approximately 12.30am on Friday 6 May, and final results are expected around 4.30am on Friday 6 May.

The PCC count of local votes for candidates will be held on the afternoon of Friday 6 May. The Supplementary Vote System is used for PCC elections. The count will commence at 2.00pm.
